Refund policy

Due to the nature of fishing activities, refunds are generally not available.
In the case of selecting an inappropriate product and wanting to exchange products, arrangements must be made by email quoting original invoice number and providing an alternative product.
The Customer will be liable for postage costs of returned products and reshipping . Once received, the selected replacement product will be sent.
